- a good knife - knives can help you get out of sticky situations in the wilderness including self defense, we suggest a bowie style knife but a swiss army knife could always come in handy.
- camouflage - this relates to all types of camo: your clothes, your shoes, your hunting blind, and don’t forget your SCENT. The more camouflaged you are in your environment the better chance you have to go unnoticed.
- Ox Mat - the Ox Mat is an amazing multipurpose mat that provides you shelter/warmth, but will also help you drag up to 1,000 pounds to and from your location. The Ox Mat can be power washed so it is ideal to carry dead weight furry friends in.
- rain gear - hunting seasons happen to fall in the most unreliable weather, you never know when you’re going to experience a torrential downpour or a blizzard depending on where you’re at. Bring weather appropriate gear for all weather.
- WATER - you do not want to run out of hydration in the wilderness, make sure you have plenty of clean water to drink
